For me..it sure is!
Food itself is divine….. and now as a Celiac, and with other food intolerances, I no longer feel comfortable eating in restaurants, or even Take out, any longer. Covid hasn’t helped either, in reducing any anxiety I have….so I cook for myself.
I’ve always loved to cook….Home Economics was my favorite class in school, and my Grandmother Mae Taylor introduced me to the wonders of world cuisine! Some of my best memories of Gram are surrounded by food…..so it’s a nuturing thing, for me.
I’ve gotten much braver as i’ve aged…and especially living alone now, I have NO CRITICS to bash my food! I have a few fails, but many more successes, and some wonderful experiments that will be repeated!
You’ll also see I’m an Epicure fan….since the products are all gluten free, they’ve been a wonderful addition to my pantry.
I’ll even share recipes, if anyone’s interested!!!!
